    Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.


    1. These terms and conditions shall apply to all contracts entered into between Workwear Crew Limited. and its customers.

    2. Workwear Crew Limited agrees to carry out the requirements of the customer in accordance with written specifications supplied by the customer to Workwear Crew and recorded in writing between the parties.

    3. Title or ownership in the goods supplied by Workwear Crew Limited to the customer shall not pass to the customer until such time as full payment has been made, full payment being the receipt of cleared funds in respect of the whole order relating to the goods supplied.

    4. In the event of the customer wishing to change the design, artwork or other aspect of the order such request must be given by the customer to Workwear Crew Limted in writing. Workwear Crew Limited will use its best endeavours to make the changes in accordance with this request but must reserve the right to charge the customer the additional cost of any such changes arising out of this request and will notify the customer of the costs such as changes at the time of the request. Workwear Crew Limited also reserve the right to amend the initial delivery time frame should any changes to an order be required. Orders requiring new artwork will not be started until artwork is signed by customer.

    5. Workwear Crew Limited points out that whether it accepts a return of goods is entirely at its own discretion excepting where the return of goods is as a result of the failure on the part of Workwear Crew Limited to supply the relevant goods in accordance with the order. Goods cannot be returned if individual design or embroidery work has been effected on such goods and/or the customer has used the goods and/or itself added the design or embroidery/printing work.

     6. We always try to give you the most up-to-date product information but sometimes we do get it wrong. This can include :

    • Not having the right details for the product.
    • Different product packaging than shown.
    • Changes in the product colour.*
    • Showing the wrong amount of stock.**

     *This can be caused by differences on your computer screen or device as the actual colour of the product may be different from our website. Some product pages have colour swatches. Please use them as a guide only as they do not show the exact colour of the products.

    **The amount of stock that we show on the website is a guide. We will confirm the amount of stock that we have when we confirm your order.

    We may not process your order if we notice that the product information on our website is wrong when you place it.

     7. Valid promotion codes may be used on the Workwear Crew Limited website. Promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offer or deal. To redeem the discount online, please enter the promotions code at the Checkout. Our discounts and promotions are only valid for orders delivered within the UK. Discounts and promotions may not be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable. Discounts and promotions may not be used to purchase gift cards. Workwear Crew Limited reserves the right to terminate any discounts.

     8. We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

    9. These terms and conditions are unless otherwise agreed deemed to apply to all orders and contract arrangements entered into between Workwear Crew Limited and the customer including repeat or fresh orders from the customer.

    10. For the avoidance of doubt if these should be any dispute under these terms and conditions or the contract between Workwear Crew Limited and the customer then such dispute shall be dealt with under English law.

    11. workwear Crew Limited points out that these terms and conditions do not in any way remove, restrict, hinder or take away from the customer any of their statutory rights.

     

    1. All goods are offered subject to availability. Delivery of goods will be deemed to take place at the Purchaser’s premises unless otherwise agreed. 2. Every effort will be made to deliver goods on time but no responsibility can be accepted for late or non-delivery. Once goods leave our premises it is then the responsibility of the courier company to deliver your goods and it is between you (customer and the courier company.) 3. All shortages, damage or non-delivery of goods must be notified to us by telephone within 48-hours and confirmed by writing within 3 working days of dispatch. 4. Claims for shortages or non-delivery must be supported by the couriers POD and a delivery note which the goods have been signed as unchecked, short or damaged as appropriate. 5. By arrangement all deliveries should be carefully checked-in to ensure correct garments are delivered as no responsibility can be accepted thereafter for none or short deliveries. 6. Any damaged parcels should be checked in front of the courier’s delivery person and signed for accordingly.
